Wouldn’t It Be Great…

November 16th, 2011

…if fast food restaurants still provided a couple of packets of ketchup with an order of fries through a drive-through? It’s hard to believe that conservation of ketchup packets would have a monumental impact on delivery process or the bottom line of a franchise or the corporation in general. Part of the appeal of fast-food drive through is a mostly thought-free (an nutrition-free) process; having to remember to ask for a few sleeves of ketchup seems like an extra burden on customers without substantial value to the business.
